Launching your own business can be hard, especially when you are battling the larger corporations. But good news, recently, larger food and beverage companies have decided to join forces with smaller startup companies to help them grow their business. Over the years, there has been a steep decline in U.S. food and beverage retail sales which have caught the eye of larger corporations.

But there is good news, companies like Chobani, General Mills, Nestle, and PepsiCo — are making larger investments by launching their own internal groups or startup accelerators to help small companies scale up. The idea is that lessons from the startups can be applied to help grow their own businesses and keep them at the forefront of a rapidly changing market.
